Greensand Ridge on Surrey Hills Radio

Lesley and Hugh are delighted to join Dave Shires on The Surrey Folk Show, his monthly folk music programme on Surrey Hills Radio.

Dave was particularly keen to share the two songs that Lesley wrote about the Long March to Freedom at the end of WW2, which was endured by Hugh’s father, Bernard Loughlin. We are very grateful to Dave for his interest in our Long March project for raising awareness of the horrific, but little-known historical event.
